How Long Does BIAB Last? How Can You Make It Last Longer?

BIAB usually lasts around 3 to 4 weeks, but this can vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, your lifestyle, and how you care for your nails.

To enjoy your nails for longer, we recommend the following:

- Use cuticle oil and hand cream to keep your nails and the skin around them moisturised.

- Wear rubber gloves when doing housework, such as washing dishes or cleaning.

- Do not use your nails as tools. Avoid opening cans, peeling stickers, or putting too much pressure on the tips of your nails.

- Have your BIAB changed regularly at the recommended time.

BIABは一般的には3~4週間程度持ちますが、自爪の状態や生活習慣、お手入れの仕方によって持ちは変わってきます。

以下のことに気を付けていただくと、より長くネイルを楽しんでいただけます。
